In cooperation with the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, a republican scientific-practical conference was held on the topic "Improving cooperation mechanisms of executive authorities in conditions of decentralization and optimization of public administration in Uzbekistan."

At this conference, Umidjon Fazilov, director of the Fergana branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ahadjon Akbarov, the head of the Fergana Region Department of the Public Service Development Agency, Sherzod Dehkanov, the 1st Vice-Rector of the institute, Shokhrukh Davlyatov, the Vice-Rector for public affairs and innovations, attended the conference, the dean of the faculty of management Orifjon Nurmatov and professors-teachers, doctoral candidates, and masters took part in the production.

The purpose of this event is to gradually decentralize state administration, improve the vertical management system and mechanisms of cooperation between executive authorities, and reduce the administrative impact on economic sectors.
