The deputy governor of Fergana region, F. Qasimov, who visited our university, got acquainted with the activities of the "Art Gallery" and the newly established museum.

Also, the opening ceremony of the "Center of Japanese Language and Japanese Technologies" was held, which was established in cooperation with the Fergana Polytechnic Institute and the Japanese companies "Willtec", "Wat consulting" and "Nippondo".

After that, F. Qasimov got acquainted with the activities of the newly established "Industry and Economy Development Center" under the Faculty of Production Management of the Institute. Faculty dean O. Nurmatov gave detailed information about this center. Its main task is to provide scientific and practical support to the development of the economy and industry of Fergana region. The deputy governor of the region gave his opinions and suggestions about the center.
