A delegation from the Republic of Korea led by Park Sungbae, consisting of Song Jung-Hoon and Yong Joo Cho, visited the Fergana Polytechnic Institute.

First, representatives of the delegation and the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Z. Yunusov, vice-rector for educational affairs J. Kambarov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations Z. Hamrakulov , the dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering O. Nazarmatov and the professors and teachers exchanged ideas on the prospective cooperation in the future.

At the meeting, J. Kambarov gave detailed information about the projects implemented at the university in recent years, scientific and innovative production and a total of 17 centers and 14 spin-off enterprises designed to serve various fields. Also, Z.Yunusov gave a presentation to the participants about the project of the youth technopark, which is planned to be established within the institute.
