Soy has been used for various purposes in Uzbekistan until now. But the technology of extracting its milk has not been put into practice. Professors and students of Fergana Polytechnic Institute tried to get soy milk products for the first time in our republic.
The name of the project is "Systematic design of production technology of milk and dairy products from soybeans". For this project, the Ministry of Innovative Development allocated a grant of 700 million soums to "FERPI-INNO" UK.
