In this competition held among the students of our university on the initiative of the Departments of Youth Work, Spirituality-Enlightenment, and Youth Union, which are active in our institute, delicious kabobs, included in the list of Uzbek traditional dishes, are presented in their own styles.

Students from all faculties participated in the "Kebab Day" contest with great interest and enthusiasm, and demonstrated various forms of kebab preparation. The prepared kebabs were duly evaluated by the jury.

The following faculties took place in this competition and special diplomas were awarded:
