On February 13, 2024, in connection with "February 11 International Day of Women and Girls in the Field of Science", a seminar-training on the topic "Step towards PhD" was held at Fergana Polytechnic Institute under the slogan "Scientific woman - mirror of society".

The training seminar was organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the initiative of L. Mamadaliyeva, Rector's adviser on women's issues of the institute. The seminar was attended by G. Alimjonova, adviser to the dean of the faculty on women's issues, members of the advisory board, professors and teachers, researchers and students.

At the seminar, scientifically-based lectures and presentations were presented on legal documents, social benefits, achievements and new innovations, problems and solutions in technology and technology in order to increase the role of women in the development of society, to support their interests, interesting questions and answers and discussions.
