On November 21, 2023, the delegation led by the rector of Fergana Polytechnic Institute, U.R.Salomov, organized a plant tour to the "Fergana Global Textile" enterprise. The head of the enterprise, Mukhiddin Kuldashev, fully introduced the activities of the cluster to the representatives of the institute.

First, the representatives of our university were given an excursion to the cotton ginning plant in Solijonabad area of ​​the cluster. There, the possibilities of the factory, the working conditions created for the workers, modern production equipment and machines, as well as the "School of Young Agronomists", and the drip irrigation system were closely introduced. After that, the activities of the new production plant belonging to the cluster in Koshtepa district and the training center were studied. In the afternoon, the production process at the Fergana Global Textile enterprise located in the city of Fergana was visited. The representatives of the institute were greatly impressed by the processing of cotton, the production of yarn and fabric, and the dyeing processes at the enterprise. In particular, it was agreed that the test laboratory established at the enterprise and the modern methods used in it will be applied to the educational process.

At the end of the plant tour, the establishment of a scientific and innovative group at the enterprise, through which joint research work will be launched, further expansion of cooperation relations through the establishment of focus groups, attracting talented students to internships at the enterprise, providing employment , the 5+1 program, the issues of sending teachers to internships were agreed and a road map was drawn up.
