Azizbek Rakhmonov, who graduated from Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Energy in the academic year 2017-2021, was recognized as the winner of the 2022 scholarship competition of the "El-Yurt Umidi" Foundation in the master’s program, and went to the University of Reading in Great Britain for the master's degree.
