According to the result, Khurshidbek Sobirjanov won 100 points and was considered worthy of the 1st place. Ulugbek Sotvoldiyev took 2nd place with 94.2 points and Muhammadrasul Sadikov took 3rd place with 90.4 points.
The nomination "The best scholar of universal human rights treaties" was in the form of 30 questions and a written essay (essay), each correct answer was given 2 points. As a result, Murodjon Bakijonov, who got the highest score, took the 1st place, Robiyakhan Rahmatjonova and Yunusjon Shermatov took the 2nd place, and Murodjon Solijonov took the 3rd place.
